The comparsion between GPU and FPGA is not easy due to the fact on different hardware platform, different optimization way can be used. However, generally speaking, from my experiments on FPGA (VU9P) and GPU (Nvidia 3090), the prover performance of FPGA is NOT good as GPU, but the power consumption of FPGA is less.
